Sheets set to xlSheetVeryHidden in VBA don’t appear in Excel’s Unhide menu. Pick the sheets you want back and download a copy with them visible.

Hidden sheets can be shown with right-click › Unhide. Very hidden sheets can only be changed from VBA or by editing the file, which is what this tool does for you.
Only the visibility setting of the sheets you choose is changed. Data, formulas, formatting, and macros are kept exactly as they were, and your original file is untouched.
If the workbook structure is password-protected, sheets will be visible but you still won’t be able to rename or move them. Password Removal clears that lock.
